It was an honour for our longest serving Lion Pat Harker, joined by sponsors, President John Rathbone, Treasurer Andrew Reaney and Almoner Lynn Reaney, to swear in 5 new members. Our new members were welcomed with open arms by all.
Maltby and Rother Valley Lions are proud to announce the following new members:

Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. We’re men and women serving in more than 200 countries & geographical areas.
Lions Serve – Our motto is ‘We serve’
Founded in 1917 by Melvin Jones, we are best known for saving sight, but we also feed the hungry, aid seniors and the disabled and so much more. We are a global service network of volunteers that make a difference in our local communities.
Maltby and Rother Valley Lions Club busiest time is probably in the run up to Christmas with our ‘Santa’s Sleigh’. Why not volunteer and join us this Christmas to get a real taste of what being a Lion is all about.
Becoming a lions club member gives you the opportunity to volunteer locally, or internationally. Make new friends and professional connections. Get involved in projects that make your community a better place to live. Have fun doing it!
